1871 Was a factory building of Louis Schulé in the village under the house number 233 (1877: 0078 / 1900: 0084 ) builted became. In the same year changed it then on Rudolf Walther-Vogel (31.07.1855 - 06.01.1914 brother-in-law of Samuel Thut )

 1875 Had Samuel from his father, the veterinary Samuel Thuet the house no. 0071 Inherited. This was a tenement with the barn, barnstable and place for animals of stone, circlet and the wood, 2 floor with vaulted cellars and place for porcs. 1877 Builds Samuel two further tufts on. Therewith rises the value of the building of 7200 Fr.. on 7900.00. At the bankruptcy must he the building for 4500 Fr.. sign away on Heinrich Lüscher of Kölliken. This keeps it until 1885.
